Associate of BH journalists and media law expert Dejan Lučka prepared an analysis of certain provisions of the Law on Freedom of Access to Information at the level of the institutions of Bosnia and Herzegovina. The analysis was done comparing the provisions of the ZoSPI, which was adopted in 2023, with the relevant legal and constitutional provisions in BiH and its entities, both positive and those that are no longer valid, as well as with international instruments and standards for the protection of human rights, that is, freedom expression and the right to access information, especially in the practice of the European Court of Human Rights in Strasbourg
