
We talked to social psychologist Srđan Puhalo about research that reveals the alarming state of mental health among journalists in Bosnia and Herzegovina. Bullying, pressures, and violence that media workers face were particularly highlighted, as well as the fact that many still remain silent instead of seeking help. Puhalo advises journalistic solidarity, reporting violence and bullying, and fighting for better working rights and a healthier environment.
